CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Appointment Policy At Nyah Simone Spa, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Because we set aside dedicated time for every guest, we kindly ask that you respect the following scheduling policies. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. Same-Day Cancellations Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. No-Show Policy Guests who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving late may receive a shortened service to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. Full service charges will still apply. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee. Card on File A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. By booking an appointment, you authorize Nyah Simone Spa to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fees. Packages, Memberships, Promotions & Gift Certificates Appointments booked using packages, memberships, promotional offers, prepaid services, or gift certificates are subject to the same cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the scheduled session. Emergency Consideration We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. Exceptions may be made at management's discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
